O Cinema de Novo voltou das férias bem a tempo para acompanhar uma das mais importantes premiações do cinema mundial: os Golden Globes. Com apresentação de Jimmy Fallon, essa cerimônia dá suas honrarias – em cinema e televisão – a partir de uma votação feita por críticos de cinema de vários países que, juntos, formam a Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA). Dessa forma, o enfoque é um pouco diferente do Oscar, que é um prêmio dado pela própria indústria cinematográfica.
